Like Christmas...

Hey everyone, just wanted to make a quick post to thank everyone I got mail from the other day. I got six boxes yesterday! One from mom Sue ,yum apple flips! Two from Gordie and Barb, too many goodies to even list. Thanks guys. One from Dawn and Moke, Yatzee! Thanks guys, that should be a good way to pass some time. One from Melissa and LD, still can't believe how much stuff you guys managed to fit in that little box, thanks so much. And one from my wonderful wife, who I dont know what I would do without. Thanks baby I love you and miss you so much! Still working on posting some more pics. Hope to get to it soon. Thanks again everyone.

Hey guys...I know that everyone is busy with their everyday lives and things going on, but please remember to take a minute and leave Jeff a message here or write him an email. It may only take a few minutes of your time, but it means the world to Jeff. He is half a world away, not enjoying the everyday luxuries that we are. So PLEASE, leave him a message or send him an email. It means more than you know. Mail is also good too...it's like Christmas morning when the guys get mail. Remember those fighting for your freedoms so you don't have to.

Just wanted to share a little something with all of you. I went in my room the other day and I had four boxes of mail waiting for me. At first I was like "What the hell?" Then I looked at all of the return address labels and they were all from Danny's Deep Creek Pub. As most of you know Danny's is our local restaurant/ bar. Since moving to Florida Shelly and I have gotten to know the owners, Danny and Debbie, pretty well (not that we are in the a few times a week or anything) We always knew they were good people, but ever since I got recalled we have found out that they are great people. They reacently started the GIN Program. (GI Needs) He printed off the list of stuff I have posted here on the blog and put it up in the Pub along with a collection box for people to add too. I was totally shocked when I found out about it. It is great to know how many people still support us, and not just friends and family, but total strangers. It really is a great feeling.
